  1. Membership Specifics

There are four elements to the Membership:

  1. Hormone Harmony Academy

  2. Monthly Community Challenges

  3. Additional resources

  4. Monthly group coaching sessions

  5. A private community space

Hormone Harmony Academy (HHA)

A self-study, 10-module online course outlining the foundations for optimum hormone and gut health. Content is provided in a variety of video, audio, PDF downloadable workbooks, and external links. HHA is designed to facilitate the creation/development of personal health and wellness goals and to develop and carry out a strategy/plan for achieving those goals, so that you feel empowered to put in place the sustainable lifestyle changes required to achieve your goals. HHA  utilises general information sharing from a functional medicine health perspective.

The first four modules of the course are drip-fed to you over the first 4-weeks. This is intended to help you manage any feelings of information overwhelm and to help you slowly get into the habit of spending an hour or so a week on your hormone-healing journey. On the 4th week all additional 6 modules will be available for you to work through in accordance with the roadmap that you’ve identified.

For best results, you should work through the course in your own time, as outlined in the Welcome Video of the course. Failure to do so may limit your ability to address the symptoms that you are struggling with. The content of all resources and training will be provided in English, translations are not available.

Monthly Community Challenges

On the 1st Monday of every month a new community challenge will be announced in your membership dashboard and within the community. These challenges are optional and encourage you to implement strategies that you’re learning about inside HHA. Additional resources (where necessary) are also provided to support the monthly challenges.

Additional Resources

On the 2nd Monday of every month new resources will become available inside your membership portal on a specific topic that builds upon the information inside HHA. You can access upcoming and past resources for the duration of your membership. Additional resources may also include live & pre-recorded guest expert webinars/ interviews.

Monthly Coaching Sessions

Every month you will be invited to join a live 60-minute group coaching session with Kirsty Smith (Functional Medicine Health Coach and Founder of Natural Rays). From time to time they may also be joined by expert coaches and consultants who are specialists in different areas of hormone, gut and overall health. The date and time of sessions will be outlined with at least a month's notice.

Sessions will be hosted via zoom and recordings will be provided and available in your membership dashboard within 48 hours of the live sessions.

The format of the sessions is for members to share their wins, and any struggles and to have the opportunity to seek support and guidance from the coach or fellow members.

Private Community

You will have access to a private community to support you during the Membership. The intention of the private community is to provide community support and a network of individuals on a similar hormone-healing journey and who are facing similar challenges.

Kirsty Smith and members of her team will offer support in the community during UK office working hours Mon - Fri.
